Instamapper and the GPS Tracker iPhone app

We used the GPS Tracker iPhone app on our trip and it seemed to work perfectly. It requires cell service to upload data, but now that we are home we are able to see our trip in fairly good detail. Once we look at the data, I will post a more complete review, but here is the trip overview.

It appears that somewhere around Silverton, Colorado, I was able to send up a signal at 9200 ft., our highest point with cell service. For a free iPhone app and website service, this worked really well for us. Here is the Google Earth view of our trip:
